ATTLEBORO – Arsenal Hockey made it three wins in three days at the 2024 Jr. Chowder Cup on Saturday evening. They closed an undefeated run through the preliminary round of the 2008 division with a 5-2 victory over Little Rhody/DMV Hockey at the New England Sports Village.
Scoring in the hard-hitting victory started early for Arsenal. Goals from Evan Sercerchi, Henning Reinprecht and Blake Cameron giving Arsenal a 3-0 lead at the half.
That lead grew to 4-0 out of the break before Rhody got on the board with goals from Ronan Ivins and William Petrick. The margin grew no closer than that 4-2, a late score capping off the 5-2 victory for Arsenal.
Both Cameron and Reinprecht finished the game with a pair of goals.
Gabe Waugh was credited with the win in the Arsenal net.
