Arsenal takes down Team ONE to start Day 2 in Canton.

CANTON – Day 2 of the 2022 Jr. Chowder Cup got underway on Friday morning. The first game slated for the day at the Canton Ice House was one that resulted in a 4-2 win for Kingston Arsenal over Team ONE.

It was an even game through one for Arsenal and ONE as the two sides played to a 2-2 tie through the first half. Cory Leach and Logan Biser did the scoring for Arsenal, while a power play goal from Jack Kelleher and one from Michael Mosher accounted for the two ONE scores.

Arsenal took the game home in the second as they posted another two scores, while goaltender Theron Morningstar turned away every Team ONE bid on his net. Jordan McLeod and Mason Goodfellow credited with the second half scores to round out the 4-2 final.
