CANTON – Blue Falcon Elite started their 2025 Jr. Chowder Cup with a win on Thursday evening at the Canton Ice House. They shutout Evolution Summer Selects 2-0 in ’09 division play.
Scoring was at a premium in the contest. Falcon netminder Timmy Hansen and Evolution counterpart Cole Fernald challenging their foes throughout. Neither allowed many blemishes to their records, nor their opponent to take hold of the game.
Only two goals were yieldedt. The first was an Owen McCree score at 15:20. The second came in the second, a Jack Murphy goal at 21:13 to round out the 2-0 victory for Blue Falcon.
