Day 2 opens with a draw.

FOXBORO – Day 2 of the 2025 Jr. Chowder Cup got underway on Friday morning. The first game of the day slated for the Foxboro Sports Center was a ’10 Elite division match-up between Advantage Eagle and NorthStar Elite (Black) that went in the books as a 5-5 draw.

The contest was about as equal as it gets. The two sides did not just tie the game, they tied both halves. Advantage and NorthStar went for two apiece in the first, leaving it 2-2 at the break. Each side then went for three in the second to finalize the 5-5 tie.

For Advantage, it was George Lavroy leading the charge, netting a pair of goals for his side.

That total, however, was bested by NorthStars’ Keegan Brown, who netted a hattrick to lead his team and the game in scoring.
