Rodgers, Pittsburgh push past North Shore for win.

CANTON – Pittsburgh Hockey Academy notched the ’10 division win in their opener of the 2025 Jr. Chowder Cup. They made a second half push to top the North Shore Shamrocks 4-3 on Thursday afternoon at the Canton Ice House.

The Shamrocks took control of the game in the first. Goals from Greyson Spolidoro and Shane Flanagan near the middle of the frame gave North Shore a 2-0 they took into the intermission.

Spolidoro scored again at the onset of the second to extend North Shore’s lead to 3-0, but Pittsburgh took over from there. They ran off four straight – one from RJ Schultz to start the rally and then a natural hattrick from Jacob Rodgers – to take the lead from the Shamrocks and the game, 4-3.

Archer Vozar was credited with the win in the Pittsburgh net.
