FOXBORO – It was a strong, ’09 division start to the 2025 Jr. Chowder Cup for the South Shore Kings (Connolly). They defeated EHG 7-0 on Friday evening at the Foxboro Sports Center.
The Kings got their assault going early with a Wes Nahabedian power play goal just 1:16 into the contest. It was the first of three in the opening period for the Kings, including a goal by Cam Brown as time expired in the half.
South Shore had enough already as goaltender Luke Dolan continued to keep EHG off the scoreboard in the second half, but the Kings offense upped their total and kicked in four more to more than put away the victory at 7-0.
All seven of the Kings’ goals came from a different skater. Nahabedian (1G, 1A), Kevin Greene (1G, 1A) and Luke Dickson (2A) we each credited with multiple points to lead the victorious effort and the game in scoring.
