FOXBORO – CWE (Black) closed out their preliminary round in the 2009 division of the 2024 Jr. Chowder Cup a perfect 3-0-0 on Saturday afternoon at the Foxboro Sports Center, capped off by a 3-0 victory of the New Hampshire Knights.
Goals from Mathieu Lefebvre and Jace Hynes put CWE in front through the game’s first half.
Simon Poirier’s third goal of the tournament put a bow on the scoring in the second, while goaltender Aaron Simmons stamped out the victory with his first shutout of the 2024 Jr. Chowder Cup.
